Damages
At War is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for the same product in a different color or size of available. You can not exchange for a different product. You can exchange your purchase up to 5 days from the purchase date. Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
