Shipping and Refund Policy

PRESPRING PT 1 has shipped to all customers (weekender tees, weekender pant, union thermals, drop date was 2/26)

PRE SPRING PT 2 (rose short, rose hoodie) (drop date was 3/14)

Estimated arrival date to our warehouse: 4/18

Estimated ship date to customer: 4/21

We have been using a pre-order method to produce most items recently, with a turn around time of around 3-4 weeks. Every item is different and their will be information in the product description for every item and it's respective ship time.

The reason for the pre-order model is that we’ve partnered with a new manufacturer who requires high minimums to produce these pieces. Rather than limiting what we can create, pre-orders allow us to bring these designs to life while ensuring you receive high-quality products without compromise.

We know waiting for an order can sometimes feel long, but we’re committed to keeping you updated every step of the way. We’ll send periodic updates so you know exactly where we are in production and when your order is ready to ship. If you ever have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re always here to help.

Shipping Policy


Thank you for visiting and shopping at At War. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipment processing time

 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Pre-order/made to order items will give production and handling time in their respective product descriptions.

 

Orders placed cannot be cancelled. 


If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.



Shipping rates & delivery estimates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, but not often.



Shipment confirmation & Order tracking


You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you receive an email saying that your order has been shipped but that it is in pre-shipment, that means we are still processing your order but have created a shipping label for you and that your order is secure. 


Customs, Duties and Taxes


At War is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


Refunds, Exchanges, Damages and Lost Packages


At War is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

On the off chance your product arrives damaged, you can exchange your purchase up to 5 days from the purchase date. Exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Any sizing questions can be answered via our Size Chart page or in the product description for most products.

 

If you need a product exchanged for a different size and we have the size you need in stock, we can exchange it for you within 5 business days. We will hold the new item in the new size for you and then when we receive the original item you’re exchanging, we will ship out the new item to you. If we don’t receive the original item from you within one full business week, we can not honor the exchange. 

Products that say FINAL SALE in the product description can not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Item that are discounted or apart of any sales are FINAL SALE.
